A new decade begins with a whole new take on contemporary writing style. The Montegrappa ZERO is ready to lead the way – available to ship from Mid-March 2020.

The modernist ZERO relies on new proportions, influences and materials to offer new sales opportunities. Obvious allusions to wristwatch styling signal an important break from traditional writing instrument design. This muscular silhouette is available in fountain pen, rollerball and slimline ballpoint modes.

The ZERO is made from black, high-density acrylic with heavy, Br8 bronze alloy trims available in four galvanic tints: palladium, yellow gold, gun-metal and ultra-black ruthenium. Users can choose coatings to coordinate with their favourite timepiece.

Bronze has been selected for its hard-wearing, high-value and hypoallergenic properties. 92% copper content ensures high resistance to corrosion and long-lasting brilliance, and metal hardware has been precision-machined and hand-finished with contrasting brushed and polished surfaces.

The fountain pen features a converter/cartridge feed and is available with a choice of stainless steel and 14K Gold nib – both with filigree engraving.
