S.T. Dupont have refined the classic tapered design of their Liberte pen with new details and embellishments:
?-The pen is hand crafted at S.T. Dupont’s factory in Faverges, France. The pen body is made from brass, which is then hand painted with natural black lacquer, accented by yellow gold finishes. -An intricate drawing of the ‘Rod of Asclepius’ is finely engraved in gold under the pen clip. -‘Hippocrates’ name, translated into Greek, is engraved around the ring at the top of the pen cap -The pen also features a new articulated clip, shaped like a sword, with an S.T. Dupont "D" handle. Dedicated to the famous decree by English author, Edward Bulwer-Lytton (1839), that the "The pen is mightier than a sword". |
