Visconti Torpedo Blue and Gold Fountain Pens
Limited to only 288 pieces, the Visconti Torpedo fountain pen has a cobalt blue carbon fiber cap and barrel with either rose gold or palladium-plated trim. I
nspired by the Bolidismo Movement, an architecture and design movement created by a group of young Italian designers and architects in the mid-1980s.
The Visconti Torpedo alludes to both the car model and English term for a torpedo, a shape for movement and speed.
The Visconti Torpedo has an ogival shape with round tapered ends. The body has a large oval ink viewing window on each side with a skeletal body. This allows the ink and the power filler mechanism to be easily seen.
The Visconti Torpedo fountain pen has been fitted with an 18kt gold nib plated with Ruthenium or rose gold vermeil to match the trim and comes in a large gift box.
